Information we collect

Through the attendee waitlist: first name, email, and optionally last name, organization, and role, along with your consent to receive updates and the time you gave it.

Through the interest form: name, email, organization, and the details you choose to provide about speaking, sponsoring, exhibiting, or a general inquiry, plus whether you opted in to event updates.

How we use it

To send TEMPS event announcements and registration updates to people who opted in, and to respond to speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, and general inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to updates unless you check the optional box.

Sharing

We do not share your contact information with sponsors or exhibitors by default.

Service providers

Form submissions are stored with our website hosting and database provider. Additional providers, such as an email delivery service, will be listed here once configured.

Access, correction, and deletion

To request access to or deletion of your information, use the interest form and select “General inquiry.”

Unsubscribing

Every event update will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask to be removed at any time through the interest form.
